We focus on maintaining an active and transparent link between the company and its shareholders, ensuring fair treatment and timely, honest and clear communication. We ensure the quality of financial and non-financial information, promote corporate governance practices and ensure the implementation of codes of integrity, ethics, culture, talent, tolerance and leadership. Our management is directed towards creating sustainable value through strategies aligned with organizational objectives, rigorous analysis of cash flow in projects with positive VPN, adequate succession and executive compensation, and effective risk identification and management. Transparent financial, property and government disclosure is a key principle that guides each of our decisions.
